Bad Customer Service

I cancelled my insurance on my contract in Sep-15, but Vodacom and Cellsure has still been deducting insurance monies up to now. I've been complaining about these deductions in Oct, Nov and Dec-15 again, but this has still not been fixed. I spoke again to Sylvia yesterday and my account has still not been fixed. This has just been going back and forth for a while now and I'm fed-up. Cellsure is really bad! Here are some of the names that I spoke to
