Assuming!!!

How is it that when an insurance phone you and you say you not interested, they just keep going on. My account was debited after telling this lady that i dont want insurance for my phone. How can Vodacom in the first place allow insurace to use my banking details without consent. Now i will have to wat three weeks for my money to be refunded, if thats ever going to happen. Soooo ****$$$$ed off!!
