activ nne active contrat

i skipped a payment n the month of July and called beginning of August and was advised that my policy was active , came September to claim and was advise that my policy was cancelled. They have been debiting my account since last year in July but they have the nerve to advise m that my policy was not active. I advised them that they debited my account in August even sent my bank statement as proof and when i called them they claimed to jhave not received it until i spoke to one consultant who advised it was received, the call cut and they have never called back to make any contact. This is every embarrassing fr such a big company, if they cannot fulfill their contract they might as well refund all mty contributions
