Cell****a - Bogus Company and Empmoyees

These people are time wasters, *****, misrepresent themselves and subsequently block messges on Facebook after you complain.

I was officially approved last week. Seeing as I complained, the person in charge of their Facebook account declined my application and then proceeded to block me.

Their number also rings with not a single person answering the phone

Hi,

On Friday I was informed via email that my application was approved!

Today I had a few complaints and then sent another message to your Facebook messenger (who informed me this morning that a consultant would contact me to finalise the contract).

After I sent another request, I was subsequently advised that the application as rejected all of a sudden? After it was officially approved on Friday?

I can only assume that this was purposefully done as a result of my complaints. The person responsible for the message also immediately BLOCKED me.

Rest assured that I will now write reviews on every platform I can source online, along with the screenshots of all the communication.

I was promised that a consultant would contact me by close of business today to finalise my contract (which has already been approved).

It is now almost 15:30, and I have STILL not had any contact from Cell****a regarding my contract or numerous contact attempts. Your landline is also still not reachable or answered.

Please could I humbly ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible, and that the promise to contact me today is adhered to?

I spoke to your receptionist who would not put me through to any sales consultant!!! I am still waiting for a consultant to contact me... This has been since Friday morning.

I left my contact details with the lady and asked that a consultant call me back.

Is this company Legit or should I call the ombudsman for false representation?

I ask that a consultant call me back URGENTLY as soon as possible.
