Upgrade

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was called on Tue, 13th Dec and told that I can upgrade my contract, which I did. I then told them I wanted the S7 and not the J7 but the J7 was delivered on 14th Dec. I was then assured that the S7 will be delivered to me today, 15th Dec and I still haven't received it and when I call I am told that it won't be today.</p> <p>I specifically told the lady that I will only be at the delivery address TODAY and still there was no plan made! I go through this with Cell C every time I need to upgrade. There is always some issue!!!!</p> <p>Please can you arrange for me to fetch the phone from Woodmead Retail Park Cell C or the Waterfall one this afternoon??????</p>
