Poor customar care

<p>I got to the expiry date of my cell phone contract and came across this great deal offered by cell c.</p> <p>I sent a mail to the sales person and enquired about the cell c contact and router contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>After I gained all info I sent a mail and ask her if there will be any signal issues where I am straying in the northern cape. I add the mails as we corresponded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have zero service from the router since I got it. The cell phone operates with difficulty. Every now and then it states no service. I pay for two items that are totally ineffective and I was misled as can be seen out of the correspondation.
