Lies Cell C has and more lies

<p>Good morning</p> <p>I have serious complain regarding cell c as my service provider. I have put a complain farward to them and its being over a month since they say they will resolve the matter even now it has not being resolved and am the one who always have to call them and check what is the progress regarding my complain and they keep on saying they will get back to me within 2 days. Am really tired of how cell c is treating me as their customer and they even lie so much that they cant hide it anymore. They are still debiting my account about the contract which the terms and conditions are not what i was promised. This is the second incident that i am haviing with cell c and now i need an intervention strategy. They are full of lies and funny part is that when they call they will tell me that all calls are recorded, and i told them to go and screen all the calls they had with that what they promised is based on lies and since then i havent heared anything from them. Can i please be assisted.</p>
