Incapable people

<p>In January I went from Vodacom to Cell C because of the better packages that you get from them. The person that helped me told me some things that were not true in the end. I asked specifically if the phone that I asked for would be able to make wi fi calls. The answer was yes with the right sim. So I asked if the sim they were giving to me is the right one. Yes again. They also told me that I was to get 50G of data for three months. Not true in the end. I went back two times to resolve this problem or two that I had. Non of the answers were true in the end and so now I do not have a phone that can make the wi fi calls and no sim that can do it either. I realy thought it would go better with them but it seems these people only go for the sale and do not know what products can be given to the client. Very bad.</p>
