debit orders after contract was cancelled NOV ALREAY!!!!!

<p>In 2016 ,round Nov my cell c contract ended at the month of November 2016.</p> <p>I was contacted by cell c staff for an upgrade and said i do not want another contract.Further to this ,in December i was billed for a contract that ended,on the 09/12/016 at 11h06 i received an sms stating my contract is now ended with effect 09/01/2017. R 54.99</p> <p>After months of closing my contract today i find out they deduct another R 54.49</p> <p>Spoke to Ajanda in cell c finance asking why it is the second time i must hear that "but mam we cant cancel or reverse the money " this is daylight robery as now twice after the contract has been cancelled with effect 2017/01/09 CELL C still deduct money from me !!!!!!! and my debit order use to run before the 01st of each month why cancel it days later.I want this payment for Jan to cancell as you already over debited my account since end of December 2017!!!! this is ru.....</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
