Cell C has given me terrible credit record.

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very upset with Cell C regarding the 2 contracts I have with them, I have used Cell c for almost 2 years and my one contract is ending in March as I’m due for an upgrade. I have been with Cell C and never have I missed payment for any reason. I pay my contract and I can even send you guys my bank statement for the last 12 months I never miss any debit orders as I have a good credit record until Cell C destroyed my life last month. I called Cell asking them to debit my account and was advised they can only debit on the 27 as 26 is a public holiday, I called them on the 29 December again asked them if they received payment as I did not see Cell C debit order they said, they cannot tell as yet I must call after 24 hours. Called again on the 30th December they said they not see payment that went through I asked the agent who assisted me to do a re-debit on that account again to make sure as I have money on my account and she advised me it will done on the 31st December 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I get an sms from Cell C “ I quote “ your cell c account is in arrears by R615 services to be suspended on non payment in 2 days. R 70 will be charged for returned debit orders…Bla Bla Bla</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone explain to me how does one person call Cell C 5 times requesting them to debit account and still requesting them to take their money and they don’t. Not I am left with a problem of an outstanding amount that will have to be paid and my line will be suspended… Now it’s Jan kids are going school and I need to pay Cell C for the their *********** stuff giving me wrong advice and them not taking what is theirs.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need feedback regarding this matter ASAP before my line is closed in 2 days and please I need all those call recordings calling in requesting to be debited again. I want this mess sorted out my credit score dropped due to this mess and it was not even my fault.</p>
