A month later no phone

I'm beyond angry with cell c. My phones were booked on the 8th of June. Only last week Friday did they decide to give me a quote for only one of the phones. When I ask about the other phone they have no idea what I'm talking about. I need to find out what happened to my other phone I booked. And why the back and forth. I was promised feedback but nothing still. The Lady by the name of Karabo transferred me to nowhere until my airtime finished after I had asked her to get me a manager. She was from cell c insurance. Your service is pathetic. You couldn't even issue a loan handset. I pay you monthly yet you do no deliver. A whole month has gone with no phone yet you have been paid. How is that fair? I need service to be delivered or you can just cancel our subscription as its pointless paying for something that does not deliver.
