Rude and *********** Cell C

I actually wanted to give NO star rating, I think one star is already undeserved.. I have recieved the BADEST service at CellC ever... MARCH 2019 I opened an CellC account... paying it every month, if I couldn't due to lockdown, it wouldve gone of dubble the next month, fine.. no complaints.. Then, Feb 2021 I called in to cancel my account, the lady on the call centre stated the contract will be cancelled but the last payment will go off on the 1st of April.. okay, fine I understand... April came, and gone, MAY came and they set another debit order against my account. (Note that my credit score is so bad, because it says that I have never paid Cellc ever. And I'm such a bad payer, ect..) Phoned the Call centre again, "no ma'am your account has been permanently blocked due to us never recieving a payment from you" like what?

I Emailed ALL my bank statements from March 2019- May 2021 to Cellc... so that they can see the payments made (obvious lack of communication at there offices...) No response....

Tonight (10 may 2021) at 6 in the evening I recieve a call from debt collection stating very rudely that I need to provide a payment plan as my settlement amount on my account outstanding is R6000 and something?? So I explain my situation and ask her what to do, she just says "oh you need to speak to finance I'll make a note, bye" so rude and inconsiderate... imagine HER name being bad everywhere not being able to do anything due to "bad payment" against your name!

I'm so upset and angry at Cellc.

Everyone refers you to the next person, and my account and name is staying "bad"

Please note there isn't a Cellc branch near me within a 100km radius, and calling and emailing isn't working, because everyone "doesn't know"
