On the 29 December 2018 in the morning I was told in my face by John the security guy and the rest of the cell cycle staff that since I was with my 9 year old son, my baby girl and my 6 months son inside the trolley, that I will not be help due to the fact that the store does not allow clients to enter the store with a trolley.

John and the rest of the staff humiliated me and shouted that I need to get out of the store due to the fact that all of my kids were inside the trolley. Tried to explain and left the trolley at the next to the door but still I was not serviced.

The reason why a store is situated in a mall is to accommodate shoppers making it easier to shop.

The reason why I was at the store was to investigate why is my mother P9 not taking any network to connect to internet and to purchase a cell c.

A customer is a very insetial matter in a enterprise. Status and race do not have the impact on the level of service.

We do not necessarily need to visit Somerset or canal walk or maybe Tokai mall to receive the world class service.
