Payment disaster!!!

I absolutely cant stand them anymore. I kept being told my debit orders are being changed and being told to have funds for those days (very rude) and they proceed to tell me that they will take payment as they need to and not wiling to make a arrangement. I am so sick of this. I have other things to pay and now i must not buy enougj food for my household because i must have money on THEIR date. Ridiculous!!!!
