pathetic service

<p>Cell c complaint. I have a hauwei G7 I took out by you cell c Cape Gate for my fiance. His phone was booked in for repairs 3 times already I recently booked in the phone for its charging block and cell c billed me for a new device for the amount of R1629. When I collected the phone at cell c Cape Gate using it untill the battery was flat I tried charging it and the phone just did the exact same thing as it done when I booked it in for repairs. I called customer service and also went into the cell c shop at Cape Gate to lay complaints as he is constantly without a phone when they told me I have too book the phone in yet again and the sales assistant at cell c Cape Gate said they will not bill me for the phone. Today I received a massage saying my phone is in arrears with the amount of R1398. And my service will be suspended. As I have 3 contracts by cell c and only one phone was debited and the other two is combined witch was not debited and still being billed for a broken phone and my boyfriend is still without a phone. I really think it is ridiculous with what we have too deal with and all the time I have too phone into customer service and go into shops everytime and no one can answer me.
