If only I was as valued a customer as I value my service provider.

My account was paid on the 5th. My services were suspended. It's 5 days later and after numerous calls ... still no joy. I'm still without my wifi services. I'm so disappointed. Very fast and efficient service when disconnecting but slower than slow to reconnect. And then the consultant says she cannot help you as it is her time "to knock off".
