complaint

<p>Someone opened contract with cell c using my details on 30th of April this year, i went to Cell in Workshop Durban, I was told to do an affidavit and ID copy, I did it on the 9th of May, I was told I'll be called,no one bothered to call, on the 23rd of July I changed the store and went to cell c Phoenix plaza ,I was told the same thing,someone will call,but nothing has been done and almost every the 25th there's debit order go off to cell C, if they don't receive it FNB penalises me for insufficient funds, I have to pay R100 for that debit order</p> <p> </p> <p>May you please assist and do something about this before I take the matter further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks in advance.</p>
