Cell C terrible customer service

On the 18 November we experienced a problem of not having a network with our unlimited data wifi at home. Till today the 30th,the problem is not solved. I've been to Alberton Cell C more than 8times without any help. Cell c ended up telling me the problem is with the cable. They keep on giving me useless reference numbers but the problem is not solved yet my R699 was paid fully.
