Angry and ****ed off I'm exposing Cell C to Twitter

I'm very angry at Cell C I have been a reliable customer without missing any debit payment buy now I have what they did to me. They disconnected my cell c number because I did not pay this month reson being I recently upgraded with a new phone because I had finished my 24 months contract with them fine the old phone was still insured with them but it broke the screen when I booked it for repairs they told me they can't fix it because it's no longer insured Where's the phone was insured. They took in for repairs for 4 weeks and informed me that the phone is ready for collection at a nearest Cell C shop. I went there excited to pick up my phone only to find out they never even fixed my phone. I'm writing to Hello Peter to plead for help they have no write to suspend my number without informing me. My cellphone is still at the store in Carlsword cell C shop.

I urgently need them to call me on my alternaive number and fix this nonsense they did.
