Cell Zone did a fradulant sim swap on my account

Cell Zone, Polokwane, Store dealer code 137709. Responsible person noted as Dancy Tshisonga<br> This is the information on the MTN systems that was processed on an ******* sim swap on my account, I tried to contact them to find out what was going on and I was met will arrogance and attitude, in no way shape or description were they prepared to even show interest to prevent this type of ***** from happening. They spoke to me as if I was a ********, at this point they are not prepared to speak to me any further because I am not MTN, but it is MY account that was hacked, by their store!! I guess the point they made with not even being prepared to assist in this very serious matter, certainly suggests that they are somewhat involved in the ************ behavior.
