Theft on its best

I wrote a review about a month ago and being subscribed to cell C miassist without my consent and money being take out of my account without my approval by cell C, I was called and they promised me to refund my money back after hearing the conversation I had with the consultant and that clearly say I'm not interested on their product. This morning I get a call from a consultant saying they can't refund me because my account is not active to my suprise it's the same account that they deduct money from but now when this ******* have to refund me back my account is suddenly not work for them🤔. I then called cell C the company that I took a cellphone contract from which is deduct money from my account monthly and unfortunately could be helped because apparently I now have to call miassist my self a company I had never had a contract with but which cell C is robbing me using because when money is being take it's taken by cell C what a shame. I'm really really disappointed to what Cell C is doing to it's customers this is pure theft taking my from my account without my consent is theft.
