Terrible service! DO NOT GO HERE!

My phone's LCD broke and I sent it in. After I received my repaired phone, the camera and torch were not working. They told me I must come in on Saturday at 9 am to hand in my phone and I will receive my phone later that afternoon. I went later that afternoon to Cell Fix Parkview and was told my phone would be ready the following day. It was still not ready on Sunday and I was once again told it would be ready before 6:00 p.m. Sunday. To my surprise, it was still not ready on Sunday. On Monday, I phoned and they told me I must give them 4 days to fix the phone. I demanded them to give me my phone with the broken camera and torch back but they refused to give it to me. After that, I phoned 4 times and no one answered. Eventually, they stopped ignoring my calls and I have been told to fetch it tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10:00 am. Hopefully, I will receive it this time.
