Shoddy service and Very Poor Attitude

Shoddy service & bad customer service from them in Gezina Galleries, Shop Nr 36 in Pretoria (address: Frederika Str, Gezina 0084).They presumably fixed the charging port on my tablet, but in the process introduced faults with the motherboard. As it is the tablet only charged for 2days after being fetched from them, and thereafter stopped. When i went back to raise the issue with them, they said it is a motherboard fault for which they are not resposponsible. This nothwistanding the fact that this fault did not exist before they opened up my tablet and fidgetted with it. They market themselves as cellphone/ tablet fixers but they obviously dont know the technique and are taking customers/ clients for a ride. They are **** technicians. I'd advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to steer clear. Rather approach Real Technicians at Vodacom, Mtn, Cell C. These people are ****** of the worst kind.
