Shocking service at cell fix glen village

I would like to warn all to stay away from the cell phone shop at glen village shopping centre in pretoria east. My husband dropped his phone two weeks ago. After endless promises late nights waiting for the repaired phone, we received the phone back with less memory on the phone, and much more damage to the phone than it originally had. This owner keeps on telling us to come to his store, when we get there we wait hours and days for repairs....stay away form this store they are useless and full of empty promises. We have had the run around for two weeks now ...my husband is currently again sitting at the store at 22h08 whilst this man is apparently almost done with the repairs...after we have once again been given the run around since 9am this morning. Be warned!!!!
