PATHETIC SERVICE- I WANT MY DATA- 1 GIG

This is getting pathetic. Ref no. ***. I bought 1 Gig hourly data for R12 at around 17h00. The R12 was debited but NO DATA. I called cell c customer care only to be told that a query will be logged, meaning I have to wait 48hrs for a resolution! 48hrs for a ****** data I bought and intended to use at 17h00 today.

Please credit me my data. Do your jobs. You took my money, now give me my data. I am beyond irritated!!!
