NON SENSICAL RETURN/REFUND POLICY. NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.

On 14/6/20 I bought a ZTE 4g/LTE wifi router from Cell Fix Gezina. I was guaranteed that the router would be compatible with a RAIN SIM. Upon entering me rain SIM and subsequently ANY other network sim, the router did not have any internet access. I returned the router, charger and sim access tool to them and was told that they have no idea what the problem was and that the router had to be returned to their supplier. Unfortunately the box it came in was lost. I was then told that they can do NOTHING for me because of a small piece of packaging that was not available. I O W , I am now stuck with a R1200 router that cannot be fixed or refunded because of the packaging that was missing. Terrible service. Absolutely NO product knowledge whatsoever.... STAY AWAY!!!!
