Cell worst company in South Africa

Can someone from cell c please send clear score or the credit beurea a copy of the paid up letter its been a year since i paid cell c but it shows i still owe them i cant even apply for anything beacuse of this im now going to get my lawyer to contact you guys and dont tell me someone from the escalating department will call me cause those people are useless than cell c itself
