Cell phone guarantee

<p>Good day, I bought a cell phone at cell fix on the 28 November 2016 and they gave me a six months guarantee for the phone and now the phone volume key does not work then I took the phone back to cell fix but they say I must pay R350.00 for the repair of which I still have five months guarantee left for the phone and I found that is not fair business practice</p>
