CELL FIX PARKVIEW

CELL FIX PARKVIEW CENTRE I took my phone that was water damaged to Cell Fix for repair. They did not tell me that maybe it wouldn't be able to be repaired. Instead they charged me R1,800.00 to replace the screen, new battery and new on/off switch. I got the phone back and had to leave for Cape Town In flight I felt the phone getting hot and the battery percentage dropping fast (67%) I switched the phone off On landing I switched on only to find the phone had discharged to 1%. The Camera was also fuzzy .Took the phone back and they were apologetic and said they would sort it out. I waited 3 days as every time I phoned I was told they are battling with the camera. On Sunday I was told to collect as the phone was ready. I tested the Camera and was exactly the same (fuzzy) I asked what was the problem with the phone and was told a IC was shorting but was now sorted out. On receiving the phone with the "Fuzzy" picture I told them that I needed my phone and was not prepared to leave it as they had 3 days to sort it our. I asked if the battery was now sorted and was told YES it was purposely left on overnight to make sure its working. What they did not tell me is that the phone will not CHARGE at all now.. So now I have a fuzzy camera and unable to charge it..The battery input on the phone was replaced a few weeks ago by Cell Fix. I know insisted on a refund as nothing is working. I quote verbatim what the manager Abu sent me on whatsapp : "We can't refund you because your phone was a water damage we replace the LCD and the battery and other things " It is evident that they have no clue as to what they are doing and will now have to find an alternative company to repair my phone...Any body out there ?
