Cell Fix not Fixed!!!!

Extremely bad service! I replaced my phone battery and within 2 weeks the battery started giving problems. When i went back to the store in Silverwater crossing the shop was closed. I then phoned the emergency number and the person was extremely rude. I wanted my money back but after the service received i dont want to set my foot in another Cell Fix store!!!
