CELL FIX - ***** IN NO-REPAIR. ONLY DAMAGE AND COVER UPS!!! ********!!!

I took my working cell phone to cell fix in Watermeyer, Pretoria on the 2nd sept 2019 with a small crack on my screen. All i wanted to know is how much it would cost to repair. The guy said its the motherboard without even looking. and said he can fix it for R250. Which i was very happy about. I bought another phone to use in the mean time from this man at cell fix - But after several attempts to get my phone back, first it wasnt ready, then he said its 100% working, to its DEAD. and i must jut come fetch it - "HE TRIED". The audacity to tell me that when i brought it in it was already DEAD... Even though i have google activity log that on the 6th it worked and on the 2nd i made numerous calls. He got a lady to call me (NO NAME) but she screamed and told me that my phone was dead. i asked who is she. she said im attorney representing cell fix. but she couldnt give me the firms name. Now, after pleading with them to please give me a solution to this matter, or i will open a case against them. My phone was working only a small crack on top and now almost 3 weeks later its completely dead. They Lie and take chance - Be careful when taking your phone to CELL FIX for repairs. THEY WILL ROB YOU, ***** YOUR PARTS AND THEN SAY THAT THEY TRIED TO FIX IT. AND CHECK THE QUOTE THAT IS GIVEN TO YOU THAT THE DETAILS OF WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR PHONE IS CORRECTLY STATED ON THE QUOTE. THE DATE IS CORRECT AND THAT THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE SIGNS AS WELL.
