Cell C Router Box

Hi

i did an upgrade reversal for a laptop and router so i was debited R1500 last month for the upgrade reversal as Ram and Cell c couldn't find the router, i was charged a full price of the lost router, so I'm requesting to have the box of the Router back.

They logged a ref number on 28 July they promised call back its over a week no response. My reference no is: *** i feel bad for the bad service they took the router and charged they cannot return the box
