Cell C be aware of untrusted empoyees

Good day had a contract for a router which I canceled in 2022 with Cell C but one of Cell C employees open a new contract on my name for a router I did not signed for this contract the Sim cart is still with Cell C they phone me in March 2024 and tell me my contract of the router is going to expire I told them I canceled the router in 2022 I asked where is my Sim cart where is my contract I told them is is ***** someone in their dept open a new contract without my proof so I open a ***** case with Cell C I paid R98 for 24months be aware of Cell C employees they are not to be trusted I am still waiting for them to investigate the case they must paid me back.
