v Cell Clinix The Glen Shopping centre - Iphone repairs are bad

Two iphones taken for battery replacement and both now have damaged home buttons which the istore is saying will cost over R5500 per phone to fix - which is basically the value of the phone second hand. I even got the South African police involved and the store represenative admitted on two occasions even if he replaces the home button now the Biometrics wont work. They have a massive Apple sticker on the window in a reputable shopping centre The Glen. The battery replacement at istore is R750 but takes 2-3 days - at V cell Clinix it is immediate and costs R550 . I met with the owner MrKhasif Ghuman after raising the issue with the Glen Shopping centre management - he promised he would obtain parts in August - 2 days after the meeting - still awaiting a reply after whatsapping him -- it is now the 11 Sept 2020 - both Vcell Clinix and the Glen Shopping centre management have failed to address my problem. How many other customers have had their phones damaged in the same manner -- totally unacceptable There is no warning on the window to tell customers the phone could be damaged and neither do the staff inform you of this. In fact when you raise a query they get harsh and cheaky to say the least. I was even called a ****. The battery that was replaced - does not show percenatge charge and is already failing - not even 2 months old.. Public beware.
