Service repair no good
I just want to share the worse possible experience I have with this company at Vaalmall Vanderbijlpark. I gave in my iPhone 5 to be fixed on the 2026-08-04 and I paid R550. I did gave them my contact number in order to receive updates but none. Every time I had to go to the shop to hear what is the latest update but received none. This went on until 2026/08/15 when they couldn't fixed the iPhone. So I decided there was nothing they could do for the phone so I gave them my Android phone to be fixed instead. They said it would be ready 2026/08/16 at 12:00 and I had to pay R50 extra so I agreed on that. The technician exchanged my battery and my sub board but I noticed my LCD was left in a bad state at the bottom. So I went back to the guy at the shop and told them this was not how I gave in my phone - my screen was perfectly fine before the repair. After showing the guy the condition of the LCD the guy told me that it was "strong superglue" that caused that and it would go away after some time. I asked how long guarantee do I have with the repair and the guy said "NONE" I charged my phone at home after the battery was flat and switched it back on when I saw my LCD screen is getting worse at the bottom, sometimes unresponsive where they changed the sub board.
