They caused R4000 damage to my iPhone

Heed my warning, do not take your phone for any repairs to this store. They damage it more than they repair it. Took my iPhone 7 for a battery change. They charged me R550 for a no-name battery. (I found out later that IStore charges R499 for genuine parts) After they replaced the battery, the touch ID and button stopped working. After the phone went flat it was never able to be charged and I was unable to start the phone again. I took the battery back for a refund. iStore can repair the damage they caused for R4000.
