Screen Chipped when recieved

I sent my iPhone 5 in for a battery replacement on Saturday(21st) and went to pick it on up Tuesday(24th). When I picked up my phone there was a chip on the glass under the home button,My screen was in perfect condition when I gave it in to them. When I asked the owner about this he said that they hadn't seen this before while they had the phone and called his technician who also denied he did did this or had seen the chip prior to me showing it to them, which I find had to believe as he opened up the phone right next to where the chip is.<br> The owner tried to find a replace glass in the back for me but was not able to, and said that since I wasn't able to show them my phone was fine before I handed it in they were not going to take responsibility for the damage.<br> <br> I'm now having to replace the entire screen with my own money for the damage they caused because of their carelessness.<br> <br> Terrible service from this branch!
