Destroyed my cell phone

I took my cell phone to V Cell Clinic Northmead Mall Benoni to have the ringer repaired, after 2 weeks I went to collect my phone only to be told by the sales person that he couldn't get the part, I took my phone home and after charing it found that it was useless the key pad didn't work at all when someone called they got cut off, I took the phone back to V Cell Clinic and told the sales person what had happened and said he had better repair it ASAP, he said I would have to wait as these things take time he did not seem very conserned that he had he had broken my phone !
