Deliberately hid internal damage and caused further damage while repairing my phone.

I cracked the screen on my Android phone and asked if V Cell Clinix could repair it. The quote was very reasonable at R650. After an hour the phone was done. It looked great.

However, taking ownership of the phone I found that there was no cellphone reception. I was assured it was just bad reception in the store.

I went back after trying unsuccessfully to connect to the cellphone network only to be told it must be the sim card. Subsequent tests of my simcard in a friends identical phone shows my sim card is not faulty. No sim card can register to a network from my phone.

Having no success at the store I went home and disassembled the phone only to find that the signal cable connector had been damaged. The connector was replaced by a big blob of solder (presumably as a quick fix) and soldered directly onto the remaining antenna connector destroying it in the process. The other main connector was clearly ripped from the main board.

They deliberately hid the damage they caused to my phone and unfortunately, as I had already paid for the screen replacement (I did not realise there was internal damage at the time) my phone is now useless.

I do not recommend them at all.
