Be Very Careful of this business

<p>I took my mothers phone to the V Cell Clinix in Vanderbijlpark. They charged me R750 to fix. It did not work. When I took it back they wanted to charge me a further R350 before looking at it. Upon complaining they advised me that they are new owners and cannot be held responsible for the work of the previous owners. This is a franchise with numerous branches. I took the phone to another service provider who confirmed that the phone was never even opened. In spite of it being a franchise there is not a customer complaint process at all. I send a message to the franchisor and did not get a response. Just want to warn potential clients to be very carefull when dealing with them.</p>
