waiting for my hand set

I toke my handset in to be repaired on 30/08/2015 for cracked cover, screen replacement, all additional damaged components/parts, LCD SVC, Rear unit. I have been phoning and going into the store to find out when I will receive my phone back. Every time when I phone on go into the store a different story. They have send the phone to Cell Clinic for repairs, Cell Clinic say my phone is repaired but have to pay first before they will send the phone to the store. When I spoke to the branch manager on Saturday (Damien) he said it does not work like that they must first send my phone that I can check the phone and see if I'm happy and that everything is working. I Phoned cell clinic today they want payment before sending my phone can't get through on Brooklyn Samsung number it just rings.
