Screen Repair for Broken Speaker

I send my phone in for a screen repair and they actually broke my speaker. They replace it with a speaker but there are a heavy distortion in my ear, send it back and just got my phone back after more than 2 weeks with even a worse distortion. I'm at the point to take legal action against them. It is a Samsung S8 plus
