Rude and not informed beforehand of limitations

Today I went to book in my Samsung s4 which has a broken screen which is still under warranty of ADH Zanele assisted in booking my phone and checked if the warranty was still active,she confirmed that indeed it was under warranty as it was my second claim I had brought it earlier this year for a screen repair and it was fixed without any hassles. I explained to her that I\ve driven from far so would be possible if it could be fixed the same day she said yes and booked it
