****aged microphone during repairs

Took my Samsumg cellphone to cell phone clinic via a samsung store in Broklyn Pretoria. The phone had a problem with the charging port, after 32 days i got the phone. The charging port got sorted but they broke the microphone in the process, what happened to testing a device before sending it back? Now i must wait for another month before getting the phone. this is unacceptable.
