Cell clinic nelspruit very bad

<p style="color: #555555;">When I purchased my new Samsung S6 mobile phone I was require to register with Samsung ADH Premium for a free screen repair. I contacted them and sent in my mobile handset after confirming in writing that the the screen would be repaired under the warranty at no charge and the repair would take 1 to 3 working days. My mobile was sent in on the 26th April 2016 and after error numerous follow up emails and telephonic messages enquiring the progress I received no feedback.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">After 15 days I receive a quotation from Cell Clinic stating they will only replace the screen if my camera lens is repaired at a charge of R800 and if I decline the repair I will be charged R250 plus no screen repair as they have a disclaimer clause which I never received or signed or heard of prior to this. I then managed to speak to rude staff unwilling to assist and constantly cutting you off. This is appalling service and I am now told if I do not contact them back in however many days my handset will be claimed by themselves. I feel this is ***** and false advertising and a ply to con clients into additional repairs not requested and the claiming of handsets. I urge someone to assist me or supply me with what I was promised. Martin *** </p>
