Contract Cancellations at Cell C is bad.

Good day to all.

This has to be the most worst case scenario of bad customer service at its best, I have had the worst experience with Cell C and having to be taken from Pillar to post for the past 6 months. The worst service experience from your customer call centre to the actually staff that pick up calls and drop them with false information that the service is done to emails and no replies as requested. Simply because I asked to cancel a simple contract with you for ***.

Today I woke up to a debit order of R 787 for a service not used and I have records of calls with Mdikgale and C.Ndlovu as attached on email and mentioned here who promised to see to this issue and also failed to return my emails and cancel my contract. What do we call such service ? the only thing I want is for my contract to be cancelled how hard is that? Instead I am getting multiple debits for a contract that is not used and no service given to me.

@Standard bank can I kindly have this debit of R787 reversed and cell c taken out my debit list as the service im getting from Cell C is not of what they say they are
