CellC and SSDA are doing there **** again

CellC and SSDA are at it again , now iam convinced CellC just sents random sms's to anyone who has had a contract with them hoping they can scare you into paying them . This issue keeps coming up and CellC is running a **** with this company hoping to get random people to pay random amounts , I have been though the process of setting this account and will not go though this again , all of the relevant for information was emailed and the issue was resolved ,so I didn't understand why SSDA is trying to ***** people .This is my 3rd complain regarding this issue .
