Cell city gaborone

<p>I have a problem with cell city as i bought a phone from then last year 27/07/2016 the phone only worked 7 months then the mother board on my Samsung S 7 edge just decided not to work on their warrenty it states i have 24month warranty (the phone has a small crach on the sceern) the refuse to open the phone with the crack on it so i took it to a diffrent cellphone place to get it checked out. the guy opend the phone with no problem but said i should take it to the place a bought it from for the repairs. when i took it to cell city they said i should pay 4500 to repair the phone even if it is still under warrenty? please help me as they catch people that way if you buy a phone for 12000 and they refuse to fix it.</p>
