BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE - SAMSUNG OUT OF BOX FAILURE

Worst possible after sales service I have ever received, when Olinka was managing this store I would have never been forced to write a bad review. Brand new s20 4 days old the message comes up on the phone while listening to music saying the phone is over heating, battery runs down when no apps are used date is off , wifi off still loses battery life. Cell U city Mike supposed to call me but never keeps his promise , I booked brand new phone in 2 weeks ago to date no response, manager is off , mike is off sick nobody takes responsibility, contacted Samsung they say that the phone is not with them so here I am waiting CAVENDISH WORST SERVICE i have received in 4 years
