Wow Cell C really broke my trust now

<p>I have a cellphone on contract at cell C, now the microfone on the cellphone has stopped working. The phone is under warrentee for faults like this.</p> <p>Cell C has sent me a quotation for this to my utmost surprise.</p> <p>I am guessing its because of the small crack on my screen but what on earth does the crack on my screen have to do with my microfone?????</p>
